Dr André Nilsen is running an integrated interdisciplinary research program, combining philosophy, social science, strategy, and other fields. He is developing a model of the world and a new general approach to leadership.
At the moment, he is especially interested in networking with people researching high-performing teams from the perspectives of psychology, cognitive neuroscience, sociology, or anthropology (e.g. senior management, formula one, navy seals, the space station, etc). Another interest is digital platforms both as substrates for mini-societies and as layers in macro-society.
